On the Romanian market, PAXATO, a member of Sotfwin Group may be considered a promoter for the area of Contact Center services outsourcing. Combining the experience of a Customer Relationship and IT specialists team and the devotement of a young Call Center agents team, PAXATO started on its mission in 2000 by developing complex projects addressed especially to the French market. The Romanian accelerated economical progress determined PAXATO to regard the internal market as having an attractive potential for developing a specific Call Center services offer. Having the advantage of the experience earned on the external market projects, the company focuses on the same fields on the internal plan: IT&C, Finance-Banking, Commerce and Distribution. Presently, due to its normal evolution, PAXATO offers for its clients from various UE countries multilingual Call Center services provided by various communication channels: phone, email, web, chat etc. Now PAXATO has more than 250 agents. We say „normal evolution”, because it has the specific country advantages. Romania has a large spectrum of minorities, among which are: Hungarians, Germans, Italians, Serbians, Bulgarians, Turks, and also it has implemented and educational system in which it is compulsory to learn two foreign languages, starting with the primary classes and in some cases ending with the last university years of study. The requirement to develop a new direction in PAXATO Division, focused on Help Desk of the requirements expressed by the dynamic active Romanian solutions providing, emerged as a result companies. The recognized experience and competence in the Help Desk area are a result of Softwin’s Group earning of the Help Desk Institute Membership. |
