In 21.08.2002, SOFTWIN announced its affiliation to one of the most prestigious institutes from the technical support service industry, Service Desk Institute, HDI Europe. This affiliation represents an acknowledgement of SOFTWIN’s experience and the potential on the Service Desk outsourcing services market.
With more than 7.500 de active members, The European Service Desk Institute is one of the largest professional associations from the technical support service industry and it represents the largest experts net from throughout the world.
HDI provides information about the technology, the tools and the tendencies from the Service Desk and customer support industry and also specialized training and attestation programs, for private persons or site assistance organizations

Certificates
Ever since the company was founded in 1990, the continuous focus on quality was the main argument that made the difference. The first working procedures that included the best international practices were written in 1992, making part of the projects developed for the client companies Nathan Logiciels and Credit Lyonnais and enriched afterwards due to the collaboration with the prestigious company Barphone /AT&T.
The SOFTWIN quality system has been certified in 1998 (ISO 9001:1994) and re-certified in 2000 and 2003 (ISO 9001:2000).
Presently, SOFTWIN Group prepares to earn the certificates SEI CMM 5 and COPC.
