Advanced knowledge of French (English is an advantage) Practical knowledge in web-surfing Experience in PC operating (MS Windows, Office) Willingness to work in shifts Experience in direct customer relationship (direct sales, telemarketing, promotion, etc…).		Communicating online with native speakers of one of the languages mentioned before Technical assistance or web-sales assistance.
